Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Food, popsicles, and perishable items are non-returnable for safety reasons.

No returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or melted.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Custom bird-themed merchandise (e.g. name tags, prints) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
💸 Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For in-store purchases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
